Voted best Yoga Studio for 15 years in a row, Energize Hot Yoga + Hot Pilates is located in the heart of Railroad Square in downtown Santa Rosa. They offer a variety of virtual, outdoor and in-studio class options to accommodate many different people and comfort levels at this time.

Friday Night Happy Hour $10 / Class. EVERY Friday night for 3:30pm, 5pm and 6:30pm classes. These classes are 60-minutes each and offer a wonderful mind and body balance. Hot Yoga Express at 5pm is led by Erin and is the perfect way to end the work week- with a deep hot active stretch and a feeling of renewal. Inferno Hot Pilates, at 3:30pm and 6:30pm, is a very fun and challenging workout in a party-like atmosphere! All classes are very beginner friendly! Pre-registration is suggested but not required-first come first serve.
