See Live Performances at Raven Theater
Raven Theatre is a group of community-minded individuals with an interest in preserving performing arts. With funding for arts disappearing in our schools, the responsibility for supporting the arts lies firmly with us. With this in mind, a dedicated group of volunteers banded together to save the historic Raven Theater. Upcoming performances include:
EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL
Five college students go to an abandoned cabin in the woods and accidentally unleash an evil force that turns them all into demons. It’s all up to Ash (a housewares employee turned demon-killing hero) and his trusty chainsaw to save the day. Blood flies. Limbs are dismembered. Demons tell bad jokes … and all to music. The songs in the show are completely off the wall. Titles like “All the Men in My Life Keep Getting Killed by Candarian Demons” and “What the F**k Was That?” will have audiences rolling in their seats and screaming for more and more blood.
Bloody Special Seating: For the ultimate Evil Dead experience purchase tickets for our front row Splatter Zone, complete with complimentary protective poncho! If you plan to sit in the Splatter Zone, please don the poncho and, just to be safe, wear clothing you do not mind getting stage blood, water, etc. on. You WILL get messy! We also suggest you not bring purses, bags, or anything else in the area, as they could get damaged. Alternately, the Raven will be happy to store your purses and bags during the performance to keep them safe! The Raven Players, our staff, and the venue are not responsible for damage to clothing or any other personal items.
RATED PG-16 for language, violence, blood, guts, gore and pretty much anything else that might offend rational human beings.

THE BOOK OF WILL By Lauren Gunderson
A return to indoor theater at the Raven!
A follow up to our three actor Shakespeare-palooza, comes the uniquely engaging story of how the Bard’s plays were gathered, preserved and published after his death by his friends and fellow actors. A humorous, lovely and inspiring portrait of friendship, love and the arduous task of saving the greatest plays ever written.
