Join us in the Red Bull Room at McNear’s for a special Tequila & Mezcal Tasting Night on Tuesday, June 16, 2026—an elevated evening of bold flavors, premium spirits, and expertly paired cuisine. This curated experience features standout pours including G4 Blanco and Reposado Tequilas, ArteNOM 1146 Añejo, Palomo Espadín Mezcal, and Las Marías Salmiana Mezcal, each thoughtfully paired with a five-course chef-driven menu.
From Brentwood corn esquites with chicharron and halibut aguachile with habanero-pineapple salsa, to a bone-in pork chop al pastor and a decadent Oaxacan sundae with mezcal float, every course is designed to complement and enhance the tasting journey.
With limited seating in an intimate setting, this is a one-night-only experience for those who appreciate exceptional food and world-class agave spirits.

1st Course: Chicharron -Brentwood corn esquites, BBQ, epazote, queso cotija, cilantro aioli
2nd Course: Halibut Aqua Chili -Habanero + pineapple salsa, tostada crisp, avocado puree, pickled onion, radish, mandarin
3rd Course: LA Wedge -Baby iceberg, chili spiced bacon, heirloom tomato, queso fresco, crispy onion, chives, jalapeno buttermilk dressing
4th Course: Pork Chop Pastor-Bone in achiote pork chop, charred pineapple, Pt Reyes toma grits, asparagus ala plancha, pork + pineapple jus
5th Course: Oaxacan Sundae-Valley Ford salted caramel soft serve, churro cumble, mango, passion fruit mezcal float, black lime salt
