Cloverdale Friday Night Live: Tommy Castro & The Painkillers

Every Friday through September 4, you are invited to gather in the streets of downtown Cloverdale for a street fair complete with vendors, food and live music! The Street Fair starts at 6pm and the music will play from 7pm – 9:30pm.

Tommy Castro is an American blues, R&B, and rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter from San Jose, California, acclaimed for his soulful vocals, searing guitar work, and genre-blending style. Active since the 1980s, he has released over a dozen albums, led the high-energy band The Painkillers, and won more than 10 Blues Music Awards, including four B.B. King Entertainer of the Year honors. His 2025 release, Closer to the Bone, marks a return to raw, straight-ahead blues.
