    Conductor Troy Quinn and the Santa Rosa Symphony are joined by Liz Callaway for a special program of songs from the silver screen and stage. A Tony® and Grammy® nominee and Emmy Award®-winning actress, singer, and recording artist, Callaway’s Broadway credits include Merrily We Roll Along, Baby, Miss Saigon, and Cats. She has also provided the singing voice for numerous animated movies, including the Oscar-nominated Anastasia.

    Mahler’s Third Symphony explores the human condition, nature, and the divine. With six movements, it reflects Mahler’s philosophical quest to “embrace everything.” Mezzo-soprano Gabrielle Beteag and the Treble Voices of the SSU Symphonic Chorus, directed by Jenny Bent, return to Weill Hall to perform what is regarded as one of the greatest symphonies of all time.
