BandWorks is a local music program started in 1993 that builds bands by matching youth, teen and adult musicians with peers. The bands rehearse two hours a week and perform seasonally at venues like the Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley.
Shana Morrison’s musical style has been called pop with a side of blues and a side of rock, but she has never shied away from including other ingredients, like country, R&B, and jazz into the mix. Her material is ever-changing, but what always remains the same is Shana’s unique and wide-ranging voice. Her dynamic and charismatic talent has earned the attention of national newspapers and magazines as well as airplay on major radio stations.
Join Tyler Crandall and company Sundays at 7pm for our Salsa/Bachata social at The California Theater! This social runs monthly on the first Sunday every month. 7-8pm will be a Salsa/Bachata lesson, followed by the best Salsa and Bachata hits played by DJ Bongo. Doors open 6:30 pm.
