Festival Beer City Santa Rosa Half/10k/5k
Join us on Saturday, February 21, 2026 and discover Santa Rosa with a full schedule of running, beer drinking, games, live entertainment and fun! Whether you come for the morning or stay for the weekend, Beer City will help you ‘drink local’ and learn as much as you can about this vibrant beer community.

The day starts at A Place to Play with Beer City Half™, which includes Half Marathon, 10k, 5k distances, as well as our Beer Stroll – a 1-mile walk with beer before and after. Join us for the Beat the Beast Beer Mile. This is a beer mile with a twist. Race other drinkers but keep ahead of the Beer City Beast or you’re out!
The post-race celebration goes until 12pm and features multiple brewers offering the best of local beer, kombucha and cider. Tasting is part of your registration. Also, there will be bubbly water and sodas, as well as snacks for everyone.
Beat the Beast is a beer mile where you race others and one of our Beer City Beasts — a new one at each race. If the Beast catches you, you’re out of the race. Better move quickly!
Beat the Beast takes place at A Place to Play, starting at 11 am.
Starting at 1pm, the party moves to Moonlight Brewing for an afternoon of music, beer, food, and games. Clean up and then come join in the fun. Show off your Key to Beer City and Beer City Half Schwag.
Shindig is free to join. Hang out here to head out to explore Santa Rosa and come back. Your ticket covers your first beer. Shindig serves as Beer City HQ for the rest of the day.
Really want to drink local? Tap in for The Beermazing Race. This is a treasure hunt that challenges you to visit 5 or more taprooms in Santa Rosa and beyond. Hop on the Beer Trolley or tag a teammate as a DD.
Do it better and faster than everyone else. Your Beermazing Race cape is included with entry. Meet us back at HQ by 5pm.
Beer City is proud to support the Santa Rosa Beer Trolley. We have sponsored a second bus that will pickup at A Place to Play and drive to Shady Oak, Moonlight, Iron Ox, Cooperage, Cuver and Russian River. You can hop on the Trolley on any point along the route. Your rides come through approximately every 45 minutes.
If you’re taking part in the Beermazing Race, this means you can hit all of the brewers in one afternoon!
