Bodega Bay Chowder Day
Get ready for a fun day in the Bodega Bay Area sampling chowder at the numerous restaurants. This is a driving event around the towns allowing you to enjoy our beautiful area. It is not a walking event. This is a Fundraiser for the various charities, scholarships and supporting Bodega Bay area businesses.
Tasting begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.
You may start any time after 10:00 a.m. Be sure to allow ample time to visit all of the locations by 3:00 p.m. You may taste chowder at each of the participating restaurants in any order you like.
There are two check-in locations:

When you check-in, you will receive your map with tasting addresses, commemorative spoon, and a wristband to verify your eligibility to taste at each location.

You may check-in on Thursday, January 29th and Friday, January 30th from 10am-5pm at the Sonoma Coast Visitor Center at 913 Highway 1.
Prizes
• Instagram Challenge: Post a picture/selfie (by 3pm, Sat) on Instagram with #BBChowderDay2026 and make sure your favorite restaurant theme is clearly shown in the background. You will automatically be entered into a drawing for a prize. The winner will be notified by email or message! We love group photos!
• Stamped Map: Return your map (with all locations stamped) to the Sonoma Coast Visitor Center at 913 Highway 1, by 4pm or at your last tasting location. You will be automatically entered into a drawing. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Be sure to print your contact information clearly.
