Don’t miss your chance to taste wine on the plaza of an authentic Tuscan Villa, right in the heart of Sonoma Valley! Capitalizing on the popularity of the Belmonte family’s popular Santa Rosa Italian restaurant, brothers Henry and Victor Belmonte harvested their first wine crop in 1999.

When brother Victor Joseph Belmonte unexpectedly passed away before the wine was first bottled, Henry and his parents named their enterprise VJB Vineyards and Cellars in Victor’s honor.

In 2002, the Belmonte’s sold their restaurant, focusing on their burgeoning wine business. The family was gratified by their success, but the family had even more dreams.

In late 2010 they broke ground for their current tasting room and marketplace, turning the existing ranch-style home on the property into what became a stunning and authentic Tuscan-style villa that houses their tasting room, marketplace and deli, plus an outdoor pizza kitchen and a fabulous piazza where visitors can enjoy the wonderful Sonoma Valley climate and believe that they are indulging in a Tuscany getaway.
