El Radio Fantastique is a cinematic, genre-bending band that defies classification. It is led by its founder, Giovanni DiMorente. Channeling disparate past experiences as a grave digger, dumpster diver, and pop star (of the 80s band Times Two), DiMorente fancies and celebrates the broken and crooked, the paradox of finding beauty in things unpleasant, and he and his band celebrate them with sublime melody and raw emotion.

Led by vocalist Lester Chambers, who co-founded pioneering ’60s psychedelic soul group The Chambers Brothers; bassist Pete Sears, a founding member of Jefferson Starship who has played with everyone from Rod Stewart to Jimi Hendrix, and guitarist Roger McNamee, who was an advisor to Grateful Dead and U2 and fights against entrenched power in the tech industry – their incredible chemistry shines through in their live performances and the recent release of the Chambers Brothers classic, “Time Has Come Today.”

Join us as we celebrate our 12th season bringing rock bands to the stages of Marin County. Featuring performances by three Rock 101 bands and three Performance Program bands paying tribute to Beatles vs Stones, Ozzy, and Songwriting with all original music. As always, this show is for all ages and free for children aged 6 and under.
