The Hot Licks, original members of Dan’s backing band, perform Dan's classic songs in the style that Dan Hicks invented - Folk/Swing: a blend of Gypsy Jazz, Folk and Swing with lots of vocal harmonies. The Merry Wives of Windsor is a farcial Shakespearean comedy where the aging knight Sir John Falstaff tries to seduce Mistress Page and Mistress Ford to steal their money, leading the women to pull elaborate pranks on him. Set in midde-class Windsor, this play features themes of jealousy, quick wit and marital tricks.

Help to create west county’s newest storytelling community. 7 Minutes Max is an evening of live stories, poems, or readings told in 7 minutes or less. Hilarious or sublime, poignant and personal tales told through the ancient oral tradition of storytelling, this evening will be sure to move, delight & intrigue you. This is an event for mature audiences & not intended for children. Interested storytellers will have a chance to throw their name in the hat to present their story. Remember, 7 minutes max! Notes allowed for readers.
