Known for her groundbreaking humor\, unforgettable characters\, and fearless perspective\, Lily delivers comedy that is thoughtful\, hilarious\, and deeply human. \nThe Lily Tomlin Tour 2026 is not just stand-up; it is a masterclass in storytelling and observation. Drawing from her iconic characters\, personal reflections\, cultural insights\, and timeless wit\, Tomlin creates an intimate\, relevant\, and powerful live experience. \nLily Tomlin rose to national prominence in 1969 on the television series\, Laugh-In\, with her characterizations of Ernestine\, the irascible telephone operator\, and Edith Ann\, the devilish six-year-old. After Laugh-In\, Tomlin went on to star in six comedy television specials. In 1977\, Tomlin made her Broadway debut in Appearing Nitely\, written and directed by Jane Wagner. \nTomlin next appeared on Broadway in 1985 in Wagner’s critically acclaimed play\, The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe.  On film\, Tomlin’s 1975 debut in Robert Altman’s Nashville was nominated for an Oscar.
